Court Confirms Fru Ndi As SDF National Chairman

The Mezam High Court, November 14, squashed an application by Ben Muna's lawyers to set aside a September 26 judgment, delivered by Justice Emile Ambo.
In that judgement Justice Ambo barred Barrister Bernard Muna from parading as National Chairman of the Social Democratic Front, SDF, party. In its judgement, the Mezam High Court, thus, confirmed Ni John Fru Ndi as the National Chairman of the SDF party.
When the Court Registrar called up the matter for the ruling, Fru Ndi and his lawyers, led by Barrister Francis Sama, answered present and, a few minutes later, Ben Muna's lawyers - Innocent Bonu, Anthony Amazee and Asongwe - sauntered in without their robes or wigs on.
