John Mokake Endeley, SDF Mayor of Buea has been tipped as one of the most successful Mayors in Cameroon. His effecient, effective management, administration and leadership has attracted praises from across the political spectrum. Even his stauntest opponents have conceded that it will be difficult to RDPC to regain Buea in the near future. In 5 years he has been able to achieve what mayors failed to do in decades. During the 1999/2000 financial year he produced a budget surplus of over CFAF200 millions.
